    3-8 Business Days to Most Areas. May require more time to remote locations.

    How are shipping rates calculated?



    Shipping rates are based on product weight, shipping location and method. To check shipping cost on an item, click on "Shipping Rate Calculator" on the product page. You will find the Shipping Calculator below the price of each item. You can also check shipping costs on an entire order by clicking on the "Shipping Rate Calculator" located on the Shopping Cart page.

    Generally, our base shipping rates start at:
    Ground $ 4.50
    3rd Day $ 5.90
    2nd Day $ 10.00
    Next Day Saver $ 17.00
    Next Day Standard $ 18.50
    Standard Mail (for AK, HI) $ 4.95
    FedEx Economy (for Int'l orders) $25.00
    Free Ground All U.S. orders over $50 (including AK and HI)

    How do I track my shipment?



    Once an order ships from our warehouse, you will be able to track your shipment. Click on  "Order Status" under the Information Desk on the left side of your screen. Enter your order number and click on "Get Orders". Once your order comes up, you will see the status of your order along with the item(s) ordered, pricing, quantity and totals.

    Under Shipping / Tracking Information you will see the tracking number that was assigned to your order.

    UPS tracking numbers are usually 18 digits long (1ZA8XXXXXXXXXXXXXX). Go to http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html and enter the tracking number in one of the fields provided then click on "Track". The tracking number will be displayed. If you need detailed information, click on "Details".

    FedEx Ground tracking numbers are usually 12 digits long (6XXXXXXXXXXX). Go to http://www.fedex.com/ and enter the tracking number in the field provided and click on "Track It". The detailed results of the tracking number you entered will be displayed.

    How are International orders shipped?



    International shipments are shipped via FedEx International Economy. This method takes between 3 - 7 days for delivery.

    FedEx International Priority is also available and takes between 2 - 5 days for delivery.

    We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for all overseas shipments (Canada and UK - we accept EFT or Credit Card payment). Once transfer is complete, the product ships immediately.

    What is your Backorder Policy?



    A backorder occurs when an item that you ordered is not available in any of our warehouse locations.

    You will be advised via e-mail or by phone of any item that is on backorder. If you wish to contact Customer Service, you may do so at our Toll Free number: (866) 255-3316. Your credit card will not be charged until the product ships.

    Can I refuse a shipment?



    We ask that you follow our return policy for faster processing as refused shipments may take up to 3 weeks to be returned to our warehouse causing a delay in processing your credit.

    We do incur shipping charges on all shipments to our customers. If there is an error on our part, these shipping fees will be refunded or credited along with the cost of the item(s) purchased. If through no fault of Battery Standard the shipment is refused (or returned), shipping charges will not be credited and you may be charged a 15% restocking fee.

    Need to return a product?


    To return a product to Battery Standard, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by submitting an RMA request. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. Anything returned without notification will be refused and returned to sender.

    Return policy
    Returns within 30 days from receipt of order can be returned for exchange, refund or credit at Battery Standard’s discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the products, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. If any of the above is not returned with the item, you may be subject to a repackaging fee, which will be determined on a case by case basis.

    Battery Standard accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days from receipt of order. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Please note: if you were eligible for free shipping on your order, and are returning for a refund, then the actual cost for shipping may be deducted from your refund. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All shipping cost for returned merchandise will be paid for by the shipper. No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted. Only shipping cost for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by Battery Standard. We will not refund the extra shipping cost of express delivery. We will only refund shipping cost if the item is returned by First Class Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS Ground Shipping. If items are returned by express delivery, refund will only cover up to $10.00.

    Battery Standard strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and to use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

    DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to Battery Standard within 30 days receipt, at Battery Standard discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.

    NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by Battery Standard within 30 days from receipt, at Battery Standard’s discretion for credit or exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns for refund are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.

    DAMAGED ITEMS If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Battery Standard immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. WARRANTY REPLACEMENT After 30 days from your invoice date your purchase falls under a warranty replacement. Following the 30 days, you are only eligible for a replacement of the defective item. Customers can not exchange for it out for a different item, unless it has been discontinued. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Battery Standard and for return shipping charges. The fee for return shipping charges will vary due to quantity and weight of items. The fee will normally be $5.00 to $8.00 for return shipping. The fee given is to be used as a general guideline only. The actual cost of the return shipping fee will be e-mailed to you along with your return authorization number. We offer a 1-year warranty on all of our batteries and accessories. This warranty does not cover batteries that have been subjected to "memory effect" (due to insufficient conditioning) overcharging or other abuse and misuse. All of our batteries and accessories can be returned to our address. We reserve the right to test any battery prior to issuing a new replacement or refund. Warranty is void if the warranty sticker has been removed or if any internal component has been altered or modified.

    Package Refusal
    We strongly discourage our customers from refusing our packages, as it will cost more money in the long run. When a package is refused, the shipping carrier will charge for the return shipping cost, which we in turn must deduct from your refund. Instead, we recommend accepting the package, and contact us to start a return. For international orders, please be aware that refusing the package does not eliminate the brokerage fee that the shipping carrier charges. If an international customer does refuse the package, they will be refunded less shipping & handling (both ways), a 15% restocking fee, and the amount of the brokerage fee once we get the package back (if applied).

    Order Cancellation
    Our company understands that it is sometimes necessary to cancel your order. We are more than happy to accommodate your requests, but we must set a few ground rules.
  • You must cancel the order before it is processed. If the warehouse is already processing the order, we can not guarantee cancellation.
  • Please do not contact us via email to cancel your order. Please contact us via phone during business hours (7:30 am – 5 pm PST).
  • If it is not during business hours, you may email us and then follow up with a phone call during business hours.

    Packages Lost in Transit
    If your package is lost in transit, we must follow a set of procedures to locate your package. We must start a tracer with the shipping company. A tracer can take up to 8 business days to process. If the package is not found in that period of time, we can then reship your order. Unfortunately, we do have to wait until the tracer is complete before reshipping your order.

    Clearance & Final Sales Returns
    Due to the nature of clearance product, returns will be limited to defective product upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by Battery Standard at the address above within 14 days of the customer receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 14 days. Before returning any defective item, you must submit an online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request form. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 5 business days. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.

    In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. No partial returns will be accepted. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. Return to Top
